Office Policies

 Payment Policy:

Payment methods for UnExplained Healing include cash and all major credit cards/Debit cards. Payments are expected at time of service. Due to the lack of licensure for naturopathic doctors in the state of Indiana we are unable to accept insurance at this time. However, supplements and office visits may be covered with health savings accounts (HSA) or flexible spending accounts (FSA). We are happy to provide supplement receipts for client to submit to their insurance providers for reimbursement. Contact your insurance provider for more specific information.

Cancellation Policy:

We require a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is changed with less than a  24-hour notice, clients will be charged a cancellation fee. If you do not call or text to cancel your appointment and do not show up, you will be charged the full price of the visit. Please call 219-308-6874 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. After a second no show appointment we reserve the right to not allow you to do future appointments with UnExplained Healing.

Please note that Dr. Vanessa and Practitioner Rose cannot offer any medical advice for anyone that is not an established client. If you have questions regarding the care of a family member or friend, please have them schedule a new client appointment.
